Clearwater

This is what we left behind (not the child).

 

And here is where we landed:

We had a short, but sweet stay in Clearwater Beach, FL, visiting with Grampy and running in the Clearwater Marathon.  The kids basically spent 4 days in the pool.

It wasn’t hot, but it sure wasn’t Maine.

It was a nice break from the layers upon layers of running clothes to run nearly naked!  Rob and I both earned a finisher glass for our age groups!

 

We’re home now, back to the snow and cold, base layers, windbreakers, face masks and reflective vests.  But, we’re deep into planning our next adventure!  Road trip!  Stay tuned.
